Book show and tell- kite runner

I loved this book! It was amazing I’ve never read a book like it. Some parts where so so sweet and precious and others were harsh and ugly but it all flowed together so perfectly. There where lots of parts where I actually cried, like the part in the alley, I didn’t pick the book up for a week after that it was so sad it made me sick. I’ve never read a book that affected me so much I had to take physical breaks from reading it. It didn’t end the way I wanted it to but it was definitely more of a real life ending in the way of something pretty coming out of something so ugly. The author is a different kind of legend.

I think im gonna go for the Enders game series since i really liked the first one and the whole kind of weird world he lived in. i did not finish the very last of the book which s kind of trash but i would have to re read the first book anyways since its been so long.

Steelheart backstory

Paul quickly turned the corner into his bedroom slamming and locking the door before his father had a chance to stop him. He and his dad were fighting again, it was really more of his dad fighting him than anything. Since his mother died 5 years ago his dad had been filled with animosity and anything Paul did set him off. Before the accident Paul had lived a damn good life. His mom and dad truly loved each other and him, he was even a little spoiled since he was their only child. Paul would help his dad put little model cars together whenever he could, it was like their thing. Paul and his father have not had any good memories since the accident with his mom, it had started to affect his school life too. He just felt angry all the time it was like a consistent rage that followed him everywhere.  At home he couldn’t do anything about his dad but at school is when he got all his feelings out. He was the school bully, he didn’t care who you are or what you were doing if you caught his attention in any way it was over for you.

That behavioral issue followed him into adulthood.

I like books and I like to read not very often though. its definetly super hard for me to get intrested in a book that dosent appeal to me immedietly, I’m the fantasy type. real life books bore me. the first book i read and really really liked was called the girl who could fly. its super magical and the characters are like so so cool to me. there are a lot of kinda low-key dark turns in the book and more towards the end there is one that is absolutely WILD and it kinda changes all your feeling towards that character.
