Japan is having trouble with their birthrate and population. It is slowly declining because of the lack of babies being born. There are many factors that affect this problem, like lack of care for children. There are more than five thousand kids seeking a spot at day cares annually. The lack of care for children could make it harder for parents to take care of them, thus resulting the lack of births.

The main issue is that Japan’s population is declining, instead of increasing.

They are not necessarily in a state of unrest, but it’s not good. Their population is fine compared to other countries like Spain or Ukraine.
