The End is Half Way Upon Us!

Overall this semester has been pretty good. I feel like most everything I do is my best effort but I could do better. I could Improve by reading more at home (more then I already do). I feel like just by doing that I will slowly start to improve. Even though I take the 10 minutes to read in class it just isn’t enough for me to improve much. My goals that I set this year was to read more at home. I have already read more at home then I have but not as much as I would to prefer, but I just don’t have a lot of time.

1% Gain

My goal that I am setting is to read for at least 10 minutes a day at home. The way that I am going to achieve my goal is to set up a schedule and use my time wisely so I can have time for everything else in my life. Also following the never miss twice rule so I make sure I am staying on the same schedule and making sure that I am still reading everyday. By doing this I will slowly start to become a better reader and writer and finish more books. This way I wont forget what I have read early in the week.

The Sticky Issue of Equality

My definition of equality is everyone being treated the same as if everyone was the same person. No one being treated differently or unfair. Sometimes equality doesn’t necessarily apply with people being better at sports, singing, reading etc. Being treated equal is for everyone to have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. Our rule in equality is to treat others equal, even if they are different from us. The role of the law in equality is to make sure all the laws apply to everyone, not just a few people. Equality means the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities.
