Word Nerd 1.2

Source: I found this weird word in the book Mysteries of COVE, Fires of Invention, by J. Scott Savage, and it was on page 137.

Context: The word was outlandish and I found it in this sentence, “He came to me with a story that was so–she waved in the air–so outlandish, so unlike Leo Babbage, that I couldn’t believe he was serious.”

In Their Words: The dictionary definition for the word outlandish is is foreign or alien.

In My Words: My definition is something not normal or from that area.
