Book Declaration Term 1

For this term, I have chosen to read Mysteries of Cove, Fires of Invention written by J. Scott Savage. This book was published in 2015 by Shadow Mountain. I chose this book because I like how the main character is creative, and it has a dragon on the front (I like dragons).

This book was written by J. Scott Savage. He wrote this book in 2015, in the USA, Harrisonburg, VA. J. Scott Savage is the author of the Farworld series and the Case File 13 series. He lives J. Scott Savagein a valley in the Rocky Mountains. More information at Good Reads.

The basic plot of this story is about Trenton, a young teenager boy who loves anything mechanical. But his skills aren’t really accepted in Cove, a steam-powered city within a mountain. Creativity is bad in this world, but when he meets Kallista, whose Dad died in an explosion, he takes on some mysterious, creative, task he doesn’t even really know about. This book has 311 pages. This book won’t take too long to read because I am quite interested in it. It will probably be done by September 6th.                                            Fires of Invention (Mysteries of Cove, #1)
