I’m A Big Kid Now

This year I don’t feel like i changed to much but I defiantly did change. I’m pretty sure I grew up a little bit more. At the beginning of the year I was kinda stupid and didn’t really care to much about other things. But I’ve gained bigger responsibility’s than I’ve had in the past and that have helped me grow. I’ve also made some new and wonderful friends that have most defiantly helped me to grow and become more social this year. I used to only stick with my one group of friends but I’ve become friends with more people and started talking to people I otherwise wouldn’t Image result for pull up diapers

Secret Secrets Are No Fun; Secret Secrets Hurt Someone

I think that it is totally true that secrets can hurt people. But, I think that there are reasons that most people don’t go out and talk to other people about their problems that they would rather not have people knowing. I feel like some reasons that people might not tell other people things is because they’re scared of how other people will react or that they’ll treat them differently after they learn the secret. Or maybe, they just don’t want to burden other people and would rather try to handle things by themselves. Especially with teenagers, we’re supposed to start becoming grown-ups and learn how to do things on our own and you don’ t want people to start thinking less of you.

Love moderately

Romeo’s emotions are pretty much all over the place throughout the entire show. He has really high highs and really low lows and then there’s not really an in-between. While Romeo is talking to the friar before getting married, the friar tells him he needs to love moderately. I think this is really good advice. You can’t only have the highest highs and the lowest lows. You need to be able to find an in-between. you can’t spend all your life savings on a ring for a girl but you also can’t spend zero money you need to find an in-between.

I personally believe that no person is born with a natural hatred towards someone or something else. Hatred that people think they are born with was caused by the circumstances in which they grew up in. Hate can be taught. Hate is taught. Even if you don’t realize it. Right now I don’t think that there is anybody I really, truly hate but there have been times in the past where I have definitely hated someone. But honestly, it didn’t feel good to hate that person even though it felt right. I try to live a “hate free” life but, I’m pretty sure that’s impossible.

Shakespeare is a great thing that we should continue to teach in schools. A lot of Shakespeare’s works have a lot of long and difficult words and use difficult language. Reading these can help children get better at reading as well as increase their vocabulary. Reading Shakespeare can also help students to step out of their comfort zones while reading because most of the other children will also be struggling to read and understand the words. Students will be able to tell people that they have read Shakespeare before and people will know how hard reading Shakespeare is and be impressed.

Everything I Know Or Think I Know About Shakespeare

Shakespeare was a man who lived along time ago and wrote some the greatest plays to ever be written, although some people think that Shakespeare was not one man but many all using the same name. In 8th grade we read The Wednesday Wars  which has to do with Shakespeare, and to help us “understand Shakespeare better” my teacher made us read parts of his plays. Also, in 8th grade I took a drama class in which we had to do some Shakespeare stuff, but Ms. Schow made Shakespeare a whole lot more fun than my English teacher last year did.

I think that being able to assess your own work can be a very useful skill to have. If you are able to assess your work before turning it in you might be able to find little mistakes you made or find a better answer than the one that you put down. You would be able to  make the things that you do better. Generally, you would be able to improve your work in areas that you need help in by yourself. If you are doing a job you could impress your boss by doing better than they expected you to do.

How I Will Dominate During Term 4

Last term was pretty great for me. Mr. Green said that we could count audio books for our 50 book challenge so i was able to finish that. Also, I did really well and was able to keep my grades up during the term so I was able to finish with grades that I was happy with. One of my main goals is to keep up good grades this term, so hopefully I’ll be able to do that. Another goal I have is to finish at least 10 more books. I don’t really care if they are audio books or not so long as I finish them.

How I Feel About To Kill A Mockingbird

When I first heard that we were going to have to read “To Kill A Mockingbird” in 9th grade English I thought I may as well just drop out of school right now. The book was really boring but there was one interesting part and that was the trial. It had an alright ending but it is never a book I would want to read for fun. At least we Boo Radley got to be seen, he was the only character I was really invested in but he was only in it at the end. I will probably never read this book again.

Good Stuff From To Kill A Mockingbird

In “To Kill A Mocking Bird” by Harper Lee there is a quote by Atticus that says, “Don’t fool yourselves–it’s all adding up and one of these days we’re going to pay the bill for it.” I feel like this can be used for a lot of different things. It’s kind of like karma, if you do good stuff good stuff will happen to you, and if you do bad stuff bad stuff will happen to you. Eventually everything you deserve will come to you, whether it be good or bad, and that all depends on how you act.
