Good Stuff From To Kill A Mockingbird

In “To Kill A Mocking Bird” by Harper Lee there is a quote by Atticus that says, “Don’t fool yourselves–it’s all adding up and one of these days we’re going to pay the bill for it.” I feel like this can be used for a lot of different things. It’s kind of like karma, if you do good stuff good stuff will happen to you, and if you do bad stuff bad stuff will happen to you. Eventually everything you deserve will come to you, whether it be good or bad, and that all depends on how you act.

  1. I think you have a very well thought out thought on the quote, and I totally agree with it. You are a very excellent writer.

  2. “It’s kind of like karma, if you do good stuff good stuff will happen to you, and if you do bad stuff bad stuff will happen to you.” I agree! If you’re treat others awfully you’re going to eventually get a taste of your own medicine.
