Writing Realizations

I loved having other people read my story so that I could get feedback on what I can improve on and fix because sometimes I can find different things that I could of messed up on. Other people look at stories in different ways than I do so the extra people giving feedback always helps. When I was reading I found that is was sometimes really obvious to see what they need to fix or what they did well. Sometimes you need to search and searching for it can help you better understand the story. All of the narrative stories that we have done this year I have found that I always seem to write about the same thing but changes characters and the situation a little bit. I want to work on writing on different topics that I don’t normally like to read or that I am not that interested in and thinking outside of the box.

  1. I found that when people read my story I was able to understand things that didn’t seem clear to them because in my head I have it all mapped out, and it makes total sense to me.

Of course I thought this would be helpful, but I didn’t realize so many students would actually like it! I’m glad it was helpful for you.
