Pop Lit Prompt – You’ve got a friend in Rudy

I think the reason why Rudy stands up for his friends is because he obviously cares about them. He seems like he cares about people and is not just thinking of himself. I like him because he is himself and he doesn’t really care what people say. I can honestly not find anything I dislike about him other than him trying to get the book from the lake.

Pop Lit Prompt – A light in the Darkness

I cannot exactly explain what I do when I feel down or if I am going through hard times but I’ll just say that I talk to someone when things are not going right or when I am facing a hard time in my life. I do not want to mention who I talk to but this person helps me a lot and is always there for me when I need it.

Everything happens for a reason and I just try to think on maybe why this is happening in my life. I try to think about the positives and not the negatives. In the end it always turns out alright when I am with this person.
