What’s the deal with stories?
Why do people put so much in store into stories. Stories are geared toward applying to our everyday life. In this sense people find it hard to put bias while we are reading. So when people read they feel more empathetic to the characters and find it easier to have empathy toward others. In a human sense we find that something about reading is more powerful when being told as a story and allowing ourselves to come to the point, rather than just going strait for it. This is why books and religious text are so influential in our everyday lives.
